Saturday dinner?

I am thinking of making a group dinner reservation on Saturday night for those interested and still in town. Please contact David Pollock (dpollock@proteinevolution.org) if you are interested. Preferences for type of food? Would you prefer close to the hotel, or downtown Denver?
